The Cairns–Cooktown to Coastal service travels along the spectacular coastline that sits between Cairns and Cooktown. Taking in such natural attractions as Port Douglas, Daintree River and Rainforest, Cape Tribulations, Lions Den and finally the Cedar Bay National Park
The Cairns–Cooktown to Inland service mostly dry and sparse country with very small towns throughout the route. It travels from Cairns to Mareeba on the Atherton Tablelands then north direct to Cooktown.
